Healthy Blocks: Swillburg
The Healthy Blocks Initiative in Swillburg is a collaborative project between NeighborWorks® Rochester, the Swillburg Neighborhood Association, the South East Area Coalition and the residents, property owners, and businesses located in the Swillburg area. Our goals are to improve physical conditions, develop social connections and resident leadership, and build confidence in Swillburg as a neighborhood of choice in the City of Rochester.
All Swillburg homeowners are eligible for our special Healthy Blocks home improvement loans.
