Healthy Blocks 19th Ward

The Healthy Blocks Initiative in the 19th Ward is a collaborative project between NeighborWorks^® Rochester, the 19th Ward Community Association, the Sector 4 CDC, and the residents, property owners, and businesses located in the Brooks Landing area. Our goals are to improve physical conditions, develop social connections and resident leadership, and build confidence in the Brooks Landing Area as a neighborhood of choice in the City of Rochester.
