Healthy Blocks In Bloom

In October, residents came together to plant bulbs in St. Monica’s Neighborhood of the 19^th Ward. Thanks to donations from the City of Rochester and NeighborWorks^® Rochester board and staff, over 200 daffodil and tulip bulbs were donated. Despite rainy weather, they were all planted at highly visible locations around the neighborhood.
