Swillburg | Fence Project
 The three streets included in the Healthy Blocks
Initiative surround a small park. Facing one side of
the park was a dilapidated chain-link fence that
enclosed the backyards of several properties. Many
residents cited this fence as an eyesore. Through
support from State Farm and the Home Depot,
NeighborWorks® Rochester and the Swillburg
Neighborhood Association re placed the fence with a
wooden one, complete with hanging flower boxes,
during NeighborWorks® Week. Residents of the Healthy
Blocks Initiative streets are currently ensuring
that the flowers are being watered regularly
