NeighborWorks® Rochester offers low-interest home repair loans to assist you in repairing and improving your home.
Our lending staff will meet with you to discuss your personal financial situation and find a loan that best fits your needs.
As an added benefit to our home improvement loan customers, our Technical Services staff will help you in outlining your repair or improvement needs; selecting a contractor to complete the project and will help you communicate with your contractor as needed. This includes:
- Facilitating the competitive bid process
- Monitoring the construction process
- Serving as a liaison between the customer and contractor
- Conducting the final construction review
- Maintaining a list of approved contractors
