NeighborWorks® Rochester is with you every step of the way!
Based on a City of Rochester’s survey of first-time homebuyers, homebuyers that went through City sponsored housing programs, including NeighborWorks® Rochester pre-purchase counseling, had less than a 2% chance of foreclosure.
The goal of our education program is to provide residents knowledge and tools that lead to long-term homeownership and therefore, stable and healthy neighborhoods.
