Based on a City of Rochester’s survey, homebuyers that went through City sponsored housing programs including NeighborWorks® Rochester's pre-purchase classes, had less than a 2% chance of foreclosure.
The goal of our education program is to provide residents knowledge and tools that lead to long-term homeownership and therefore, stable and healthy neighborhoods.
