Attend our free monthly Homebuyer Orientation to learn about down-payment and closing cost assistance programs, homebuyer education classes and mortgage products that are available to help make the dream of homeownership come true. This is your one-stop shop to learn what is available to assist you in buying a home.

Home Improvement Loan Orientation
Do you need to make repairs on your home but don't know where to go, or who to call? Attend one of our free Orientation Sessions, where you will receive a brief overview of Home Improvement Loans Program available at NeighborWorks® Rochester .
At this session, you will learn how the loan process works. We can also pull your credit report to tell you if you are mortgage ready. Please bring identification and proof of income.
