The goal of our education program is to provide residents knowledge and tools that lead to long-term homeownership and therefore, stable and healthy neighborhoods. We do this through:

Financial Literacy – budgeting, financial management

Pre-purchase or “homebuyership:”
- pre- purchase
- how to clean up credit
- connect to industry professionals
- employee-assisted housing

Post-purchase or “homeownership:”
- maintenance
- safety, e.g. smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
- how to increase the value of the home
- energy savings
