Home Repair & Improvement Loans

NeighborWorks® Rochester offers low-interest home repair loans to assist you in repairing and improving your home.

Our lending staff will meet with you to discuss your personal financial situation and find a loan that best fits your needs.

As an added benefit to our home improvement loan customers, our Technical Services staff will help you in outlining your repair or improvement needs, selecting a contractor to complete the project and will help you communicate with your contractor as needed. This includes:

- Facilitating the competitive bid process;
- Monitoring the construction process;
- Serving as a liaison between the customer and contractor;
- Conducting the final construction review; and
- Maintaining a list of approved contractors.
