Rochester

Cheryl Scott, Homeownership
Counselor and Loan Servicer
Cheryl joined NeighborWorks®
Rochester as its full-time as Homeownership
Counselor and Loan Servicer in October. Previously,
Cheryl spent 13 years as medical billing specialist
for the Borg Imaging Group. In her new position she
will be counseling and teaching individuals in the
organization’s homebuyer education program, as well
as conducting outreach to current customers about
existing loan issues.

Annalisa Rogers, Homeownership Counselor
Annalisa joined NeighborWorks® Rochester as a
full-time Homeownership Counselor in November.
Previously, Annalisa served as financial management
coordinator for Catholic Family Center and had spent
seven years there, starting when it was known as
Family Service of Rochester. She will be providing
individual counseling for customers as well as
teaching pre-purchase classes for NeighborWorks®
Rochester.

Kerri Mandelaro, Grants Administrator
Kerri began as NeighborWorks® Rochester’s Grants
Administrator after spending fifteen years with
Bishop Kearney High School. She began there as
Director of Advancement and left the position of
Vice President for Advancement before joining
NeighborWorks® Rochester in August 2007. At Bishop
Kearney, she helped set up this department,
eventually increasing its staff from one to six and
exceeding fundraising goals for the first two years
by 50 percent. She has extensive experience in
directing annual campaigns, alumni relations
programs and marketing efforts for both. Over the
last two year, she increased alumni donations by 10
percent.

Laura Danicic, Senior Lending Specialist
Laura joined NeighborWorks® Rochester as its
Senior Lending Specialist in August 2007. She brings
nearly 20 year of lending experience to the
organization. Prior to joining NeighborWorks®
Rochester, she served as Vice President of Lending
for Day Air Credit Union in Dayton Ohio for two
years, overseeing all activities of Consumer
Lending, Special Services and 1st Mortgage
Departments. She also was responsible for ensuring
compliance with Federal Reserve regulations and all
other state and federal regulations related to
lending and collections. Prior to this, she worked
for 15 years as Manager of Lending, Collections and
Cash operations for Communicating Arts Credit Union
in Cincinnati, Ohio.
